Just noticed where you are, so you must have an American Express
office around, or somewhere you can get a money order made out in
dollars. It is only my opinion but Newscene in combination with Paid
Agent cant be beaten, but of course others have their own favourites.
Paid Agent is also YENC friendly, as indeed or some of the others. But
do dump OE. You will find all posting details on the websites I sent
you, so you cant really get into a mess with them. Just remember to
have a bit of patience because of the money order payment, as there is
no accounting for the speed of mail, though between you and the US it
just could be much quicker. You will find the multi no speed limit
downloads better, and at $49 for a three month download limit of 30GB,
how much do you need!!!! is around average, but if you have any
catching up to do then maybe you want a bit more. The prices are all
listed, you decide and send the Money Order and its all fixed up.
NewsRover is as good as Agent and costs around the ame, a ONE-OFF
