Hi
The advise I receive from some smart friends was not to installed any new
from Microsoft until it has been out long enough for them to debug it. From
what I was told they use the public to beta test there product, and the
public kindly troubleshoots it for them for free. They claim the best way to
update to XP Service Pack 2 is to wait for the new patch . Something like
XP Service pack 2.1 or even better 2.2. If you think about this long enough
it make sense, think about all of the possible software and hardware combo's
there could be, and now try to test them all ???. Also remember when 98,me,
xp ect were first release on the public, many many bugs, many more patches
