Your recommendation about a good Newsprovider (alt.fan.pegas)

Hi, I need a recommendation about a good newsprovider. He should
neither log uploads nor log downloads. 18 mounth before I've had
a big trouble with one of the providers, as I had uploaded ("The
project") some pics with erected boys.
