I have an intellectual challenge for you...
It would be most rude of me, indeed, to ask, point blank, precisely how
you acquire the vids that have never been posted on Usenet. And as I am
not a person who treads heavily onto delicate ground, I'd like to ask
you to be as vague as possible while still answering the question to a
degree that satisfies the moderately curious.
Where do you get these great videos?
Possible answers could resemble these:
1. By an electronic data transfer, not dissimilar to a file-sharing
network. Either trading or purchasing.
2. By discreet, secure transactions via a postal service or commercial
shipping service. Either trading or purchasing.
3. By personal connections to original producers of the videos with whom
a bond of trust has developed over the course of many years.
4. I make them myself with the help of some very progressive-thinking
young friends.
I don't need specifics, just enough to understand to what degree this
material is being "rationed" as it seems it is, and just who is deciding
how the rationing is done.
I feel like a hatchling in a nest being fed tasty worms and bugs by a
very nice momma bird who is suddenly wondering (between mouthfuls of
yummy worms and bugs) how momma is finding all this great stuff.
I hope my curiosity is understood and that no offense is taken at the
question. I don't mean to look a gift horse in the mouth, per se. I'm
just a big-picture kind of bird.
