Oh yeah... (before Tat joins in and makes this recommendation <G> ) when you create your key, use the RSA algorithm. You access that option during the creation with the wizard. In pgp6.5.8 the option is easy to find, but in the 8+ versions I believe there is a tab called "Expert" or "Advanced" mode that you may have to click on.
Also you don't have to have Quicksilver or JBN to use PGP.
