The "harm" perceived is that if enough people decide things like that
aren't so bad, they might repeal the law. That would <GASP!> make SIN
legal!!!
Like I said, "Other people might do the same," if it is looked at
properly as a love-story instead of some horrid kind of sex-abuse.
Can't allow "kids" to start having sex, you know ... especially not
with anybody even a year or two older than they are. It's unfair
competition.
The old folks control the rules and laws; and after a while they get
jealous of the young, pretty, handsome, and innocent ... which,
once-upon-a-time they were. If they can pass laws against the younger
competitors getting jobs, getting lovers, and mainly having the fun
older people are finding harder to do these days, then why not?
