Hi not@home:
It seems I lost count. The Green Death Special Edition appears to
have been the only PAL DVD not posted at all - until now.
I'm a little reluctant to bring this up, but while we are on this
topic, there are a few DVD's that were posted to this group that had
glitches/issues reported. I count 5 in total of those that were not
replaced outright with new rips. 3 of those had patches posted, but
I'd feel better with new, clean rips when/if they are available. 2
had no resolution for those issues. Those 5 are as follows:
02x08 (016) - The Chase DVD-2 - Glitches Reported
(PAR2 Set to Repair Error in DVD2 posted in 2014)
Lost in Time (3-disc set) DVD-1 - Audio Missing Issues Reported
11x05 (074) - Planet of the Spiders DVD-1 - Errors Reported
(PAR2 Set to Repair Error in DVD-1 posted in 2013)
18x07 (116) - Logopolis - PLAYBACK ISSUES REPORTED
(PAR2 Set to Repair Error in DVD posted in 2013)
25x02 (153) - The Happiness Patrol - GLITCHES REPORTED
I think those were some of the last ones posted by SlippedJim.
I'd like to hear from others in the group as to where things stand
with DVD's, and if there is interest in this. More than just me
anyway.
As best I can determine - based on my record keeping (and not just my
faulty memory) - replacements for those DVD's would mean all the
official PAL DVD's would have been posted successfully. (Something
for me to obsess about.)
