Well... there IS a good chance that if somebody has a complete
collection of a retired Charm, there was a site rip involved... and
therefore, it is still a site rip. Asking if somebody has an MP3 rip of
a certain song doesn't necessarily ask to rip the song now... once a
site has been ripped, it is a "rip" regardless of when it is posted.
