My images and videos are licensed to Southern Charms ONLY. Under the
United States Federal copyright law, posting and sharing my images on
Usenet, or anywhere else is subject to criminal investigation, and
prosecution. SC's recent lawsuit on behalf of the copyright holders
(the Charms) is a matter of public record. Attorneys for SC are
prepared to continue pursuing those who infringe upon MY copyrights.
Myself, plus all other charms are willing to back them in a lawsuit if
pursued. Southern Charms recently won a $7 Million lawsuit for
copyright infringement, and are moving forward to prosecute others who
are infringing models rights from their site. If you do not remove and
stop stealing my photos and posting them on Usenet, or any other site
they are found on, you WILL become a named party in that lawsuit.
Please make sure you understand the penalties that copyright
infringement can impose upon you...this can include monetary payment
and imprisonment if found guilty.
Southern Charms is an authorized agent for myself, and all charms
posting to the site. All models including myself, license the use on
their behalf only. ONLY SOUTHERN CHARMS HAS THIS PERMISSION.
To those Usenet posters, and subscribers who have infringed on my
copyrights illegally, I have reported that all my images be removed
from the Usenet site. This is not considered advertising for my site,
it actually does damage to my sales. I work very hard on my site, and
to post my photos without my permission is copyright infringement. I
rely on this extra income to live on, and will not stop to all my
images are removed from Usenet. Even, if this involves filing a
lawsuit again each poster on Usenet.
I own my domain www.Kurvykyra.com, which leads directly to my Southern
Charms website. So, even though my images are marked with my domain,
it is still falls under the copyright of Southern Charms.
