This correspondence is directed at and not limited to all illegally
used Photographic movies and photography, Art work and advertising
images belonging to Allura James, AJs Play House and any subsidies
thereof.
This Letter is currently directed towards;

to your site and any subsides thereof.

Fans, Members and Individuals that use this site for personal Gain.
You are hereby notified Pursuant to U.S. Copyright Law, too cease and
desist in the use of all materials belonging to the aforementioned
infringed entities. Any unauthorized use will be criminally and
civilly prosecuted. That consists of any images: uploaded, download,
copied, photographed, traced in any way from the internet,
photographs, art work, advertising and movies that you may acquire.
My photographic image is for personal use only (Your eyes only). They
are not to be altered, modified, changed, exchange, disseminated to
other entities or persons without written authorization and
compensation from/to the owners of said materials.
Southern-Charms is the sole entity licensed and authorized to use my
provided images at this time and they have my expressed consent to pro
sue any legal action they deem necessary to stop the illegal use and
pilferage of my photographic images.
Other companies that currently that have my written authorization have
the necessary documents and have the same legal authority.
Any Companies, Persons or other entities discovered or Un- Masked in
any proceeding or investigation will be prosecuted. I will also have
my personal legal counsel file an action in U.S. Federal court located
in Clark county Nevada. To which any financial gain or notoriety on
your part received or implied past, present or in the future in the
use of my image will be sued for royalties not received for the use of
my images. Weather the suit is own or not, the expenditure out lay on
your part will out way the illegal use of my images.
