demand that any of my images be removed immediately and that future
posting of my material cease.
I am the owner of my images/videos and have licensed the use of my
images/videos to only Southern-Charms.com. They are protected under
copyright law and you are in direct violation of this law! I have been
actively requesting that my images/videos be removed from your page
and any other page that is not Southern-Charms.com with the help of
Southern-Charms DCMA team. For those of you who think that massaging
your posts that contain my images/videos or that of my fellow
Charms/Gents, I am here to inform you I will recognize my own work and
the work of my fellow Charms/Gents and your criminal posts will not be
ignored. You are being watched and besides for the hundreds of eyes
watching you that are directly affiliated with Southern-Charms there
are also the eyes of our loyal fans/members who are also on alert and
will notify us if they see our material being posted in the criminal
manner in which you chose to participate in.
Southern-Charms legal team has already won one multi-million law suit
for copyright infringement and they are currently working on others.
Do you really want to take the risk of being named on the next lawsuit
by filling your day with stealing and posting the images/videos that
others own?
