As far as track 1 from Attunement, did the nzb file not work?

Try going to
http://nzbindex.com/release/159581528/For-Shredder-Constance-Demby-Attunement-320-NMR-0324-Constance-Demby-Attunement.m3u.nzb

and putting a check in the box for the first track, then clicking on
the "Create NZB" button.

Let me know if that works or not.
