Not sure if they're still available, but a lot of the Dr. Jeffery Thompson
postings are relaxation/meditation based. If you're trying to sleep to
something relaxing, you might check out any of the Somnium Sleep Concerts
from Robert Rich.
Both have been posted here before, it depends on how long the retention
time of your Usenet Provider is.
