Astraweb has multiple servers - news.astraweb.com,
eu.news.astraweb.com, & us.news.astraweb.com.
If your usenet company has more than one server, then try changing
that if you haven't already.
The only other suggestion that I have for now is to try posting with a
different program like Camelsystem Powerpost.
