I had this cd back when my kids were young and naptime was often a fight. I began playing this at naptime and found it made getting them to sleep much easier. Now that they are grown I use it to relax and zen out when I get headaches or am stressed out. When I close my eyes and listen to this music I begin to relax immediately. Some may not like it, but to me it's like being outside and hearing nature. I have recommended this to many friends over the years. It is now the music my grandchildren take naps to.
