If you see a program number with an R after it, it means that it is
not a recording of the original episode but a Repeat. This actually
harkens back to the days when all recordings were done OTA, or Over
The Air. For the past several years, all of the programs have been
available online at hos.com, so those programs don't have that OTA
sound (static, hissing, etc...)
The V is something that I came up with about ten years ago, just for
myself mainly. In the past, it was not uncommon for a program to be
posted with the wrong title and/or number. So I went thru my entire
collection and Verified that they were correctly labeled.
Lastly, if I post a program with a L at the end it means that I have
Listened carefully to the entire program and deemed it error free.
