I found this disc to be mesmerizing - with the Indian styled instrumentation and vocals, and particularly the percussion is very catching. That this is a European (German) individual who has been heavily influenced by the far eastern melodies and sound is what sets this apart from recordings by artists originating from the region itself.

Update 6/8/13: I listened to this 3 times yesterday while working from my office at home. The more I hear it the more I like it! Really infectious rhythms, and also calming. Changing my review from 4 to 5 stars. I highly recommend this recording!
