Thanks for pointing out that a CD version is available.
I saw the AMG listing of a CD version of Gliding Bird and I believe it
refers to the 2017 Rhino EU version noted in my posting notes since no
manufacturer is listed. Since Rhino did compilation albums (Highways &
Heartaches; Songbird) of Emmy's material they might have gone out of
their way to not offend her with a domestic (US) release of an album
she has publically disowned.
Just before I posted Gliding Bird there was a listing on eBay for a
copy of the Rhino EU CD for $20 from someone in Estonia or Ukraine (I
can't remember which) but it is no longer available today. So the CD
is available somewhere out 'there' and maybe someone will find a copy
and post it so we can all get the bonus cuts.
