On alt.binaries.sounds.world-music, all volumes from 1945-1970 were
posted about 2.5 years ago, which includes some artwork and it seems
to be tagged correctly.  Use www. binsearch.info and search for "Dim
Lights, Thick Smoke & Hillbilly Music" and then create the NZB files.
Your newsgroup reader will import the NZB files.

By the way, freedb has tags for all volumes.  I tagged what I
downloaded from this newsgroup using freedb with foobar2000.
