If you dislike HD because the size is too large, use a program like Foobar (chhose the best resampling algorithm) or DbPowerAmp to resample to 44KHz and/or drop the bit depth to 16 bit with triangular dithering. Audition or Izotope are better but slower to set up for bulk processing.
