Pretty boy Zenoff is besotted by the beautiful Xenia. He arrives at the palace where she lives, whether he intends to court her or rescue her is never made clear, only to find himself thrust into a world where debauchery and perversion reign supreme. Lording over proceedings is the enigmatic Yald, part guru, part dictator and incidentally Xenia's lover, who preaches sexual anarchy and total hedonistic excess. Zenoff is both appalled yet fascinated by the endless orgies and random acts of perversion and sadism and finds himself drawn into a destructive game of sexual cat and mouse.
The plot is pretty much secondary to the staging of lavish and bizarre set pieces that are often erotic, sometimes shocking and always visually stunning coming across as a strange amalgam of Fellini, early Radley Metzger with a touch of Franco at his most perverse (although with a budget he could only dream of). Surprisingly no one in this film seem to have appeared in anything else with, according to IMDB, only Lucas de Chabaneix having been in a few other obscure movies and Jacques Scandelari is only credited with directing a handful of other movies two of which appear to be gay porn!
