I liked how many of the candidates indicated that they increase
spending because the Pentagon needs more Naval and Air Force spending
to fight ISIS. I have wonder what the magic number of aircraft
carriers is when the worlds only superpower wants to take on roughly
23,000, mostly illiterate, Jihadists? Is the idea to purchase 1000
new Hercules in the hopes that they will be able to lift the actual
carrier and physically drop it on Rakka? I suppose it would be
disconcerting for Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi upon hearing that loud noise to
look out his window and see in huge white letters "USS DONALD TRUMP".
Then slowly his wonder raising to rage as he notes that his Land Rover
Range Rover currently lies flattened under the hull but other than
that I am not sure what the end effect would be.
Still it was nice to see Carly Fiorina, aka the Lizard Lady, - ever
see that image of her on the CNN commercial... yikes! - demonstrate
that you can become the CEO of a major technology firm without any
actual knowledge regarding that technology.
Round 5 goes to Hugh Hewitt who clearly creamed his pants when Trump
announced that he would not run as an independent.
