This is from the original Swedish HC version (English subs).
The context is that prudish Kim has sent her sister to a (fake)
school for troubled girls after catching her masturbating. Then,
suspicious of the school, she sends lawyer Jack to investigate.
He is corrupted by a passel of the troubled girls and Kim shows up
to find out for herself what's going on. The running gag is that both
sisters scream when they're fucking.
FWIW, the scene, and the movie, have earned the much sought-after
mjello Walrus of Approval.
