Robin Hood, thanks for links to the uncut version of "Matinee Idol".
Figuring out what was cut turned out to be pretty simple: one scene was cut. It's also obvious because the audio is one-channel only for the duration of the cut scene. (I've made the audio 2ch for this post.)
It's the only scene featuring Colleen Brennan and it occurs here:

Why was it cut?
Colleen casts Herschel's dick in plaster and the girls fuck his toes. Since there was an actual Cynthia Plaster Caster (and a Plaster Casters collective, working out of Chicago) who did exactly what Colleen does, phonecalls may have happened. But plastercasting was pretty old news by 1984, so maybe it was for some other reason.
