Given that he reposted material by you and myself I may be jaded in my
opinoin but IMHO unless the TV movie you are posting is Nightmare in
Badham County where they made an ABC version and a sleaze version and
ven then make sure it is the sleaze version then why are you posting
at all?
I am all for keeping posts alive by reposting any sleaze that is 725
days or older, although most NNTP servers now have a retention of 1200
days, but repositing somethat is easily available via Newsbin dilutes
the newsgroup. Wading through dozens of made for TV movies and pseudo
documentaries that have 0% relevence to sleaze only further dilute the
group.
But as I said there isn't anything that can be done about it these
days. Unfortunately too many people either do not have the experience
or the long term memory to recall that these posters tend to show up,
flood and then lose interest. Why the need to endorse negativity
towards those who actually make this group work and are the future of
it is beyond me.
Rant ended.
