That is passworded, very simple to figure out, and all in the same fashion. Even though both agencies have gone out of business. I have very large collections of both. Though niether is complete. Fills are not only appreciated, they are expected. The idea is to have complete collections on usenet. So if you don't want to contribute please don't make "any" requests.
