If I am understanding the question correctly...
Most posters post thumbnail files (the pictures) with the video so
that the person downloading can decide whether or not they want the
video. Usually the .jpg has the same file name as the video that is
posted. If you decide you want to see the video, you have to download
the large file with the corresponding file name.
