I feel like answering for the F of it. Any photograph. movie, likeness
etc if captured, produced, manufactured, etc if be in a Public Location
no person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. Conversion of the
likeness, etc without monetary gain into any other format is also
permissable. In Illinois where you claim I am at - and am not - I would
violate the law by capturing Sound as that would be considered
wiretapping. I live in a state where sound can be captured if only one
party has knowledge of sound being captured. Since I remove sound before
transport over Interstate Lines - no federal or state violation.
A lot of these files are old and the girls have children themselves now.
The files are totally innocent and you prove my point by seeing something
into them that the camera never did. You need help.
