Best thing is to go after their nntp provider. Not much news to report
yet, but Homeland Security will be seizing the domain of giganews one of
these days since they haven't terminated the account. DHS doesn't take
kindly to people posting what is represented as being CP. I personally
haven't seen it or downloaded it, but simply the title of the post
hopefully is enough to get giganews shut down.
