First off let me say;
I feel rather strange doing this, without Collector, Weener, Katyalover, Wintermute and all of the other major contributers around I am not sure if I have the right. On the other hand it is something that I feel needs to be addressed. In the past many sets have been labeled Custom because they have no logo and the exif is present. They are apparently a slightly higher quality photo. At my age and with my eyesight. I have to take others word on that. Collector in his and Katyalovers index, lowered the status of many of these sets to no logo/exif.
In my personal effort to keep header space and filenames to a minimum (an old habit) I have taken that and changed it to xf while custom's get a cs in the file name.
So the point is, what makes a photo set "Custom" rather than just "xf" or no logo/exif if you actually prefer that. I would like to leave this out for discussion. I would like to open a discussion on this and get some suggestions. I will leave this open until Sept 1st 2016.
If no one is interested I will take it upon my self to set a guideline. That would be A) was the photo shoot special ordered by a customer B) does it extend the regular photo set by a substantial amount. I think anything over 5 extra photos would be substantial or maybe it should be based on a percentage. I will leave this open until Sept 1st 2016. At that point who cares, but I will do as I have stated in all of my posts and in re-issue of an updated index.
