Lies Lucky tried with the guidelines for the Big 8 newsgroup charters
passing them off as REQUIREMENTS for our alt group.
Well obviously it's only a guideline and only for the big 8 not and
alt.binaries group.
Lies he told about already having a charter when the group was created.
Well I was here when we created this group and have enough retention to
look back and see just like I remembered, there is no such charter!
Besides the charter would have to be posted at least once a month to be valid.
Symantic they try and play on the moderation of our group. It could
only be real automatic moderation with little to no human intervention
if we had a text only group meaning no binaries, therefore we have
instead a semi-moderated with human moderators that deal with the
spammers, trollers, etc...
These childish lies and symantics are proof they are stupid and don't
have a clue about what they speak of as everyone can see our group is
moderated quite well. We even brought down a spammer today twice that
has been hitting their group with url shorteners as I had took down his
last remaining websites when he hit our group last time. Giganews
wasn't going to stop him as they had a policy that you had to report
any child porn to IWF and they would only act after IWF told them to so
they continued to use Giganews to spam not our group but Lucky's group.
RedDawg was going to keep fighting to bring him down but Lucky pissed
him off or something and he stopped working on it then Lucky came back
as Megan using his ISP's usenet which they sublease from Giganews who
didn't want to act as once again it contained child porn and directed
us to IWF. Well Charter.net acted and shut them down but now the war
was with Giganews so we went back to work on that old spammer that
Giganews still hadn't shutdown and brought their domain register
Tucows.com into the discussion and they quickly shut him down. He got a
new account with Fastusenet.org and we sent in a complaint to them this
morning. Like I've said before if YOUR NEWS PROVIDER DOES NOT ACT WE
WILL MOVE TO SHUT THEM DOWN!
unlucky and weenie boy don't have to like it but our Charter is valid,
we do keep this group well moderated in whatever form you wish to call
it it works, and we are not leaving!!!!!!!
