Our initial e-mail to the owner was a request to investigate the
complaints. In abuse complaints regarding other domain names, the owners
took quick action to stop their customers from abuse.

...we sent a more strongly worded warning... blah blah blah
... we may be forced to disable the domain name.
We will follow up with you after 24 hours to let you know if we have
