He must have registered the website in his father's name.
The Facebook page is correct though.
Altopia his news server has already warned him, so has his hosting provider,
1&1.com who he registered the website with I sent abuse reports to on both
cases I just haven't heard back from them. He'll at least lose his news server
posting priviledges for violating after being warned. And maybe his hosting
server as well.
