How do I join these files?
Hopefully you have a modern news client that will do that for you, if not,
Windows has Quickpar and HJSplitter, Linux/Unix use the cat command line in
bash or your favourite utility, OS X use MacPAR Deluxe, Split&Concat or the cat
command line in Terminal.
