Has your dumb ass ever heard of GOOGLE? A RAW photo CR2 file is the
format Canon cameras uses, I think the CR2 stands for Canon RAW 2nd
generation or some shit like that. On my Mac, Preview will open it.
Winblows photo view apps may not so you may have to get a viewer from
Canon or use an app like Adobe Photoshop. Other than that advice if you
still have trouble I suggest you box up your computer and take it back
to wherever you bought it and tell them you're too stupid to use it!
