You can always tell law enforcement as they are the ones trying to get
you to do something illegal. lol
Freenet is safe as in the traffic being sent back and forth across your
computer cannot be distinquished between you are your peers and is
encrypted. The only thing I dislike is it's written in Java.
It's real slow until you have your trust level built up. Best to meet
people in forums like the ones that run the websites or contribute to
the sites and gain their trust and go darknet.
There are tons of stuff on there!
