Smart you have been. You can get yourself a free utility called "Media
Info", which will give you the specs of the video file you open. I've
seen this kind of upload before, and when the 'video' is opened for
inspection in Media Info, it is not a video, of any kind, at all.
Which is why it won't 'play'.
Obviously, any legit uploader of a video is not going to upload a file
knowing that it won't play, and explaining that you need to use 'his'
offering of VLC codec to get it to work.
Saw the same thing on a recent upload of "Jurassic World". Virus
pandering schmucks.
