Story is that they didn't pay him for the sales they were making.
Randy Kress of teenmodeling.tv is just a ripoff. That's why
photographers don't contribute to his site anymore and it's been going
down the tubes for the last few years. He doesn't even pay Maxim for
the sets he sells either.
Ned got smart and DMCA 'd his ass to force hmi to take his stuff down.
