if they bother you and you need an easy way to find them try "ACDSee"
(image viewer).
highlight files/folders then -> Tools|Find Duplicates problem solved.
protip: don't let it make a data base. not only for security reasons but
because it'll crash (non-destructively) sometimes. i've used it since
version 4 and their up to version 17 now.
