Some of the reports do not seem to make sense - just some background
from other news articles
YVM had an open site with (barely) legal clothed (barely) videos.
I gather that if you started to buy these videos you were invited to
sample "something a bit stronger" (but only for some models) - only
three (Daphne, Irina and Anghelina) are known to have done nude
material (and worse) - hence the mention of three girls who may have
been abused (see one of the reports here). This I believe is the
extent of the Webmasters illegality
Yet there is a suggestion in these reports that the Webmaster had
another "business" (or hobby call it what you will) involving much
more "hand-on" stuff.
Also it is said that Daphne is Belgian - presumbably she would speak
French or Flemish - she speaks throughout the videos, it is neither
French or Flemish (it seems like Finnish or another Baltic LAnguage,
Estonian, Latvian?)
Also having worked professionally in mental health, I have to say she
does not seem to have a mental disorder (although that of course would
not preclude her having a learning disorder). She seems (to use common
language) to be "with it."
Finally all this should be a warning to us. The "legal" material
posted here in purebeauty MAY be the legal side of some pretty dubious
person's business (like the YVM enterprise). Those purchasing this
material (legally) might ponder what other pictures the photographer
MAY be posting - for private sale or use.
Also it may be noted that although some egal systems have nudity as
their test for illegality it is not always so.
Some of the explicit clothed pictures posted in PureBeauty would be
in certain Western Countries (almost certainly in the UK) termed
indecent, due to the "sexual nature of the poses." Recent court cases
have decided that (say) nudist pictures are NOT indecent - the test is
"the sexual nature of the poses...etc." In any event your PC would be
taken away for months and all the street would think yo uwere a
pedophile and you would never work again - even when they withdrew
charges. Sorry but people are like that. It's wrong but...
