This is posting wih off the work of a photographer who started it all.
His name was Milton Xiscate - a photographer in Peru 1998 to 2000 or so.
His models were the daughters of his neighbors.
He photographed them and posted them to his web site.
The authorities did not like what he did and had no relevant law to stop him.
So they jailed him on some other pretext.
This stuff is so old you cannot Google it.
