Extremely strange quote considering that the bulk of Russian POWs were
murdered, starved or just plain neglected to death.
btw-the description on that photo (except for the Hitler quote which I
added from memory) came from an interesting German language book
entitled:"Moskau-Rshew-Orel Minsk -Bildbericht der
Heeresgruppe Mitte 1941-1944"
Loosely translated as "Picture Report of Army Group Centre 1941-1944"
by Werner Haupt -publishe, I believe, in 1978
