December this year marks the 10th anniversary of a one-click solution
to enable Outlook Express and Windows Mail. OeyEnc is tiny, fast,
totally transparent, and requires zero configuration or intervention
by the user. Plus it has always been free so 'can't' is not an option.
The only question is why a person would ask everyone else in the world
to pay an additional 30% for their data to spare them having to wiggle
their finger one time. Rather than configuring their software to read
they would have the whole world become illiterate along with them.

Added support for Vista x86|x64
What are the changes for Windows Vista?
With Vista, Outlook Express has been changed to Windows Mail. OeyEnc
has been modified to recognize this new program and work with it.
The decoder itself is no longer available at the mutexed site but the
single-line registry edit to remove the requirement to have 'yEnc' in
the Subject line is still active. See page for details.
