Sure. But that doesn't mean everyone should come down to the level of
tin cans and string Internet connectivity. We're beyond that now.
By definition, downloading and collecting binary files is going to
involve data.
Unfortunate for the handful of people still on puny connection deals,
but that's the nature of life. Stuff moves on.
Cars don't go at ox cart speeds anymore either.
