That would seem to indicate that the necessary divx component
is missing from your player's needed playback files.
Codecs are used to format/encode the vids. Although it's part
of a vid's encoding, the necessary component must be added
to your player's component library, or where ever it's located
on your particular setup or machine.
Go to the web and search for and acquire the latest DIVX codec
for your preferred player. That should work.
