Yes, I am open to requests. But I think I have solved your issue in another
manner. When I have a facility that looks at my missing files csv and cross
references the crc value against items in my full collection csv. If it
finds the missing file located somewhere else in the collection it gets
copied to the location that its missing from. I shall have to make a version
available to the group soon as that will help with bug finding. At the
moment I find the occasional bug but nothing that would harm or disrupt your
files. It may also give me an idea of whether people are interested to have
this software available.

Widget,
Would you consider feature requests for your program?
I use The!Checker to process RFF's greatly appreciated CSV files. But
it stops if it sees the same file belonging in more than one location.
A common example is the covers of an issue being in the actual
photoshoot as well in the covers directories.
Would you consider putting in an feature that perhaps opens a dialog
box that lists all the locations (perhaps with check boxes in front of
them to select) and it would put the file in those folders.
