No way Jody Fleming is Annette Casir. If memory serves, Annette was on
the cover of the mag where this set appeared and someone may have made
the mistake from that.
I saw this back at the time of posting and was going to straighten the
record out but I got tied up in something else and never got around to
it.
(OTOH, and totally unconnected with this post, Helle Wingsoe is
definitely Annette Casir.)
