unfortunately these are few. If you cannot fix the broken posts issue

Please try limiting the number of connections and restricting the
bandwith you use on upload.
Also try using a VPN. this can avoid ISP QOS and packet inspection. I
recommend ProtonVPN. Free, but well woth paying for to get extra
features.
