Sadly...I don't think there are any tips that would help anyone still
using usenet - considering it's current state. Usenet may not be dead,
but it is certainly on life support. I have a feeling that users have
probably decreased by least 80% in the last 10 years or so. Back in
2010 I was tracking probably 50 groups or so. Today most of those groups
are either dead, or spam havens - only about 10 of them get decent
traffic on a regular basis. I guess we should all be thankful for the
few posters(like yourself) that keep a few of the groups alive, and
kicking.
