Geeze that sound extremely painful SL. At least you know now and can
get started on what it takes for healing. Looks like there might be an
injection and/or ibuprofen to help with the pain, along with soaking
and a LOT of rest. No more of those runs for a while, no matter how
short they are. Hope you can shake this soon, take care and keep me
posted as to your progress.
